My stay at the hotel was a comfortable experience overall. The room was clean and cozy, but I missed having a kettle for tea or coffee. The staff was helpful, allowing me to print my boarding pass, but they seemed clueless at times. The location was great for day trips around Cologne, although a bit far from the city center. Our family suite at this hotel didn't have air conditioning, but the room was huge and offered an amazing view. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was cosy and warm, making our stay pleasant overall.

The hotel had excellent rooms that were adequately decorated and furnished, with a good double bed. They were lovely, clean, and quite spacious with a decent view from the window. The location was ideal for us traveling to the alps from the UK, with very clean surroundings and helpful staff. The dining experience was amazing and certainly a reason to book this hotel again with a wide choice of hot and cold food in a clean and spacious dining room. Overall, a great stay with minor room size constraints.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. One thing missing, which I had hoped for based on the pictures, was a refrigerator or microwave. It was one of the cleanest we have ever seen, with a large shower head. The only downside was the lack of a kettle for tea or coffee making facilities.
